Videogram circa Mahabharata

 

Take a look at Savitri’s mukhakavalikalu (= facial expressions) in this song.  The feminine shyness, the anxiety, the all consuming love – all embodied in a quick tumult of expressions.  Of course, the brilliance of the movie Mayabazar deserves another post.
